Gilbert Intermediate Library
Welcome to the Gilbert Intermediate Library!
Our library is a wonderful place for instilling a love of reading, creating, and inspiring life-long learning!
Library Hours: 7:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
Overdue Books: At Gilbert Intermediate School, we believe that there should be no limit to reading, so students are able to check-out as many books as they would like! If a book is lost, there will be no over-due fine as long as it is returned by the end of the school year.

4th and 5th Grade Reading Logs
At the Intermediate School, 4th and 5th grade students are invited to participate in Reading Challenges where they read 30 books in 14 different genres. This may force students to get outside of their comfort zone and explore new types of texts!
K – 5 Student Resources
The following links are resources used to provide supplemental learning both in the classroom and at home. Students have free access to them through the district’s subscription to the Heartland AEA. To access the username and password for the resources, please contact your school librarian.
Resources with an astrix denote ebooks that are read-aloud and read-with-me.
